Client Responsibilities

  • Provide all necessary raw footage, songs, and instructions in a timely manner to follow deadlines.
  • Ensure they have the legal rights to use any third-party content submitted.
  • Respond promptly during the revision and approval process to avoid delays.

Revisions

  • 2 free rounds of revisions are included with each package.
  • Additional revisions may incur an extra charge.
  • Major changes will be regarded as a re-edit.
  • Changing the song is completely unacceptable.

Payment Terms

  • 50% payment must be made before work begins, depending on the project scope.
  • Late payments may delay delivery.
  • Full balance must be paid prior to submission.

Refund Policy

  • No work has begun on your project.
  • The editor cancels the contract due to unforeseen circumstances.

Intellectual Property

  • The client retains rights to original content provided.
  • Client needs to maintain a backup of their primary data on their end.
  • Final edited videos become the property of the client upon full payment.
  • The agency retains the right to use completed projects for portfolio or promotional use.

Limitation of Liability

  • Loss of data due to client negligence.
  • Delays due to acts of God, equipment failure, or late submission of materials.
  • Quality issues arising from poor footage quality supplied by the client.
  • Not liking the vibe or mood of the video even after confirmation of songs.
